We process all orders within 1–4 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Due to high demand for certain items, delivery may take 7–20 business days for U.S. orders, and 10–25 business days for international shipments. We’ll always keep you updated and send tracking as soon as it’s available.

We take packaging seriously, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email support@broadcrate.com with your order number and a few clear photos—we’ll make it right, fast.

We accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. If the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping. For everything else, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Just email us right away at support@broadcrate.com with your order number and requested changes. Once the item is shipped, we can’t cancel, but we’ll help you through a return if needed.

Most of our lights specify power type in the product description. Some are battery-operated, others use USB or wall plugs. Be sure to check the “What’s Included” section on each product page for exact specs.

Yes, but we currently do not ship to the EU. Shipping times vary by location, but tracking will be provided no matter where you are.
